the play
In 1996, Eve Ensler conducted interviews with over 200 women about human sexuality, relationships, traumas and discovering pleasure. These conversations were transformed into TheVagina Monologues – a play which, ever since its release, has been performed by various people all over the globe. In March 2020, I was given the chance to join a semi-professional cast and become a part of the performance, delivering one of the monologues on a stage in the Delight Studios in Nacka, Stockholm, raising money for victims of sexual violence and human trafficking.
